A success story: from the idea to the product

The following brief example shall show you how fast a project can be realized with the help of the FormBalancer, meeting both the cost and performance targets of the order.

The idea: Laboratory Bunsen burner with the following properties:
	streamlined design reduction of faults in the air current modern design striking the eye ergonomic work stainless steel casing without corners & edges easy to clean non-oxidizing
Converting the idea into a manufacturing process:
	generating a 3D model simulating the forming process in respect of plasticity (load at separation, process pressure), material thinning, metal sheet sizing, optimizing the design and production work
Manufacturing the tool:
	moulding box (left), contains the negative mould of the part water plate with borehole for water and groove for the seal
Sizing the sheet metal:
	CAD model (left) finished metal sheet with stretchable film

Touch-up of the part:
	cutting (e.g. laser cutting) the surface needs no touch-up!
